The Wonders of North India tour begins with your arrival in Delhi. Following your arrival in the city, our tour representatives will meet and greet you, and will also assist you in settling down in a hotel where you can spend the rest of the day at leisure followed by your overnight stay.

The day will begin with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. With the completion of your morning meal, our tour guides will pick you up and take for a sightseeing tour around Old Delhi. Join the fun and excitement of this tour with a visit to Jama Masjid; the largest mosque in India, Red Fort or the LalQuila, Chandni Chowk, and Raj Ghat; the cremation ground of Mahatma Gandhi.

The second half of the day will take you through some of the major tourist sites and attractions in New Delhi. Within this part of the tour, you will be visiting the 16th century Humayun’s Tomb, the towering QutubMinar, India Gate, RashtrapatiBhavan (President’s House), and the flamboyant Connaught Place. The day will conclude with a visit to the pious Laxmi Narayan Temple; hereafter, you will be dropped at the hotel for your overnight stay.

Waking up early in the morning, feast on a delicious breakfast, and pack your bags for an amazing drive to the ‘Pink City of India’ or Jaipur. Known to be the royal capital of the country, Jaipur or the capital city of Rajasthan also boasts of being the first planned-city in India.

With your arrival in this royal city, you will checked-in into a hotel where you can unwind yourself and get freshened up. The latter part of the day will be at total leisure followed by your overnight stay.

After your breakfast at the hotel, our tour guides and executives will pick you up from the hotel and take you for a full-day city tour around Jaipur. The stunning Amber Fort will be your first destination of the day. A 16th century fortress, it is located around 11km from the heart of Jaipur and was built by Raja Man Singh in 1592.

After the Amber Fort, you will be visiting the imposing City Palace and Museum, JantarMantar, and the promising Hawa Mahal. With the completion of this day tour, you will be driven back to the hotel for your overnight stay.

As you complete your breakfast in the hotel, you will be picked up from the hotel and driven towards the charming city of Agra. On your way, you will be visiting the historic ruins around Fatehpur Sikri that was once the centre of power among the Mughal rulers. While in Fatehpur Sikri, you will be visiting the magnificent Jama Masjid, SalimShisti’s Tomb, Panch Mahal, and several other landmarks. Continuing further with the drive, you will be reaching Agra by late afternoon. Our tour guides and facilitators will help you in checking-in into a hotel for your overnight stay.

Following your today’s breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and driven to the enchanting Taj Mahal in Agra. Visit this wonderful mausoleum of Mumtaz Mahal and revel in its captivating beauty! After a visit to the Red Fort that was built by Mughal emperor Akbar, you will be driven towards Gwalior. Arriving at your destination of the day, you will be checked-in into a hotel; rest of the day will be at leisure with an overnight stay.

This morning will be reserved for an amazing half-day tour across the Gwalior city. The day will begin with a visit to the much famed Gwalior Fort that overlooks any other forts across the country. Spread across 3sq.km, this glorious fortress, this fort is secured by massive walls and has witnessed the rise and downfall of several empires.

Returning from this visit, you will be driven towards Orchha; an ancient village that is steeped with numerous chapters of history and is known for its opulent palaces and religious sites. Arriving in Orchha, our tour representatives will help you in checking-in into a hotel for your overnight stay.

After having your breakfast in the hotel, you will be guided for a half-day sightseeing tour around Orchha. On the list of the tourist attractions and places, there will be the stunning Jehangir Mahal, and Raj Mahal. Following these visits, you will be driven towards the quaint city of Khajuraho.
The city of the Chandela dynasty, Khajuraho is the home to around 25 Hindu temples that are adorned with exquisite and invigorating sculptures and statures. Owing to the rich history and unique representation of desirable sculptures, this ancient city has been declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you arrive in the mystical lands of Khajuraho, you will be checked-in into a hotel for your overnight stay.

Today morning; after having breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up from the hotel and taken for an astounding tour to some of the most beautiful temples in Khajuraho. With most of the temples dating back to 950 and 1050AD, this tour will take you to Kali Temple, Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta Temple, Vishwanath Temple, Lakshman Temple, Visha Temple, and Nandi Temple.

Returning from this amazing temple tour, you will be driven to the holy city of Varanasi which was previously known as ‘Kashi’. Your arrival in the city will be followed by your check-in into a pre-booked hotel; rest of the day will be spend at total leisure with your overnight stay.

Waking up early in the morning, you will be taken for a traditional boat ride across the holy Ganga River. Embark on this exhilarating boat ride and visit the many different ghats, and other pious sites around the banks of the Ganges. Returning from the boat ride, you will be driven back to the hotel for your morning meal.

Post breakfast; our tour guides and facilitators will again pick you up from the hotel and take you for a fun-filled and equally devotional sightseeing tour around Varanasi. Wihle on this tour, you will be visiting the Bharat Mata Mandir, DurgaTempleTulsiManas Temples, and Benaras Hindu University; within the university, you can also visit a historic museum and an ancient mosque built by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

Come afternoon, you will be guided for an excursion to Ramnagar Fort which is the official residence of the erstwhile members of Benaras’s royal families. Visit this magnificent fort to witness the royal charm and splendours of a bygone era. With the completion of the day, you will be guided back to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Following today’s breakfast at the Varanasi hotel, embark on an excursion to Sarnath with our tour guides and executives. Visit this ancient site that is revered as the origin of Buddhism in India as Lord Buddha gave away His first sermon in the Deer Park in Sarnath. During this exciting excursion, you will also be visiting a stupa, several Buddhist temples and a museum.

Returning from the excursion, you will be dropped at the Varanasi Airport, from where you will be boarding a flight to Delhi. With your arrival in India’s capital city, you will be checked-in into a hotel for your overnight stay.

Today will be last day of your Wonders of North India tour! On this day; you will be dropped at the Delhi Airport for your onward journey; the tour will come to an end here!
