Raniji Ki Baori
Having said that Bundi is famed for its palaces, forts and stepwells, Raniji Ki Baori is among the most picturesque sites to visit in this city. Constructed by Rani Nathavati Ji in 1699, it is also known as ‘Queen’s Well’, and measures around 46m deep. A multi-storeyed stepwell of its own kind, Raniji Ki Baori is ornate is stunning carvings, has elephant statures, archways, and a narrow entrance supported by four pillars.
