Kalpa Vriksha

The ‘Tree of Life’, KalpaVriksha is a mystical tree that stands on the banks of the Anand Sagar Lake or the Bai Talab Lake. Also known as ‘Kalpataru’, Kalpadruma’, and ‘Kalpapadapa’, the tree is believed to have supernatural powers. According to the legends, KalpaVriksha fulfils all the wishes of its true and pious devotees. The tree stands in a pair – Raja and Rani, and is visited by hundreds of devotees from across the country.
