Your first destination is the capital city of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Jaipur is rich in its cultural heritage and its forts and palaces are proof to that. The city is chaotic but the old city is the exact opposite of that. Tourists from all over the world come to admire and know about the history of the place.
After Jaipur, you will make your way to Udaipur. This “City of Lakes” is a bundle of joy to be at. It is beautiful and the lakes are the cherry on the cake. Well, this is also the reason many people call it the “Venice of the East”.
Coming to Jodhpur, this “Blue City” is a marvel in the form of its architecture. It is the second largest city of Rajasthan. In fact, it is also called the “sun state” because it has fantastic weather year round.

ITINERARY DETAIL
On your arrival at Jaipur airport, our representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel. Once you finish your check-in process at the hotel, head out to explore the city.
Your first destination in Jaipur will be the Hawa Mahal. The Hawa Mahal is also known as the “Palace of the Winds”, reason being, the 953 windows that it consists of. The windows were actually constructed for the women of the royal family to enjoy the view of the street festivals being in the palace itself. In fact, the façade of the Mahal appears to be like a honeycomb of the beehive.
Being located right in the heart of the city, you can take a tour of the local market nearby where you can shop for traditional jewellery, lehariya sarees, meenakari showpieces, mojris and Jaipuri handicraft items.
You can complete day 1 by heading back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Start your second day in the city with a healthy breakfast at the hotel. For today your first destination of the day is the grand City Palace of Jaipur.
The City Palace complex consists of a vast area and includes various courtyards, gardens and palaces. However, what will catch your attention is the amazing architecture that it displays. It is a blend of Mughal, Rajasthani and European architecture. The palace is one of the must-visit places of Jaipur.
After the tour of the palace, make your way to the Amber Fort. The view from the fort is to die for. The fort is perched upon a hill and to take you all the way up is an amazing elephant ride. This vast fort is an architectural marvel. The highlight of the fort is the wonderful carvings and minute mirror work.
To complete your day, visit the Jantar Mantar. The Jantar Mantar observatory is said to be largest from the five others in India. An exciting fact about the place is that it was first built out of wood, just to have the perfect measurements before the final construction. Once the measurements were thorough, it was constructed out of stone.
You can now head back to your hotel to catch up on some rest.
On day 3, you will be travelling to Udaipur. So make sure you have an early and filling breakfast because you need to cover 394.9 km. and it should take you around 6 hours 36 minutes by road.
You can reach your hotel and once you have freshened up, you can start with your city tour. The first attraction in the city will be Fateh Sagar Lake.
This artificial lake is a beautiful place to be at. The surrounding mountains give it a natural and scenic backdrop. But what’s even better is the boat ride which will take you right in the middle of the lake and the view from that point is something you cannot miss out on.
Just around the corner is the Nehru Garden. The garden is famous for its boat-shaped restaurant and lush trees. You can go grab a bite and enjoy the view of the lake from the garden.
Post this exciting day, make your way back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, post that you can head out for sightseeing.
Your first checkpoint will be the Sahelion Ki Bari garden. The garden was a place built for the kings to spend their leisure time with their queen. Hence, the architecture of the place is like heaven on earth. The marble ponds and magnificent fountains are something to look out for.
Your next destination of the day is the Kumbhalgarh Fort. The fort was built during the 15th century by Maharana Kumbha. In fact, even the mighty Mughals couldn’t capture it alone and it took the combined armies of Delhi, Amber and Marwar to breach its defences. The fort also provides a panoramic view of the countryside from the top.
Now, it is time to visit the City Palace. The reason we are going to be visiting the palace just before the sunset is for the light and fire show after sunset. So before sunset, you can take a tour of the interiors of the palace and adore the architecture of the place. Once the sunsets, you can head to the courtyard for the light and fire show, which is a sight to catch.
After this mind-blowing day, you must catch up on some rest at your hotel.
Today you will be travelling to Jodhpur. After breakfast, you will hit the road and cover a distance of 250.6 km. The journey should take you around 4 hours 37 minutes approximately.
Once you have completed your check-in procedure, you can head out to explore the “Blue City”. You will start your tour with the Mehrangarh Fort. The fort is said to be the most magnificent fort is all of India. It is located on a hill at 400 sq. ft. and it spreads across 5 km. The biggest highlight of the fort is that the famous movie “Dark Knight Rises” had a significant scene shot at the fort.
After the tour of this humongous fort, you can scout the narrow lanes of the city and look for souvenirs to take back home for your loved ones.
End your day, by heading back to your hotel for dinner and night stay.
After your breakfast routine, you can continue with the sightseeing.
The first destination of your day will be the Umaid Bhavan Palace. The youngest palace of India is an architectural splendour. Built on sprawling grounds of 26 acres, the royal residence is perched high above the Blue City of Rajasthan. In fact, four years after the palace’s completion, the country became a free sovereignty.
Your next attraction point is the Mandore Gardens. Jodhpur sightseeing is incomplete without visiting these gardens. Brimming with cenotaphs, old temples, and several other attractions, Mandore Garden is another wonderful destination to take you for a trip back in time. You just cannot miss this place on your tour.
The final checkpoint of your city tour is the Jaswant Thada. Also known as Taj Mahal of Jodhpur, the carvings of this monument are beautifully intricate. The spectacular multi-level garden, a pond, and the exquisitely carved gazebos manifold its charm.
