ITINERARY DETAIL
On your arrival at Jaipur airport, our associate will greet you and lead you to your hotel. You can complete the check-in process and then start your city tour.
The city tour will begin with the very famous City Palace. The city palace of Jaipur consists of a vast complex that houses many other palaces and courtyard within the compound. But the highlight of the palace is its architecture. Many tourists visit the palace just to adore the architecture of the place. The architecture is a blend of Mughal and Rajput styles.
After the tour of this vast complex, you can go for the shopping spree at the local market of Jaipur.
You can then return to your hotel for an overnight stay and dinner.
Begin the sightseeing in the city with Amber Fort. But first, make sure you have a healthy breakfast at the hotel.
The fort is one of the most well-known and most-visited forts in India. It features prominently on the list of Jaipur’s top attractions. Made out of sandstone and marble, Amber Fort consists of a series of four courtyards, palaces, halls, and gardens. In fact, there are many ways to reach the fort. You can walk uphill, ride on elephant back, go by jeep, golf cart, or take your own vehicle. Make your pick and head up to explore this beauty.
Post that, visit the outstanding Jaigarh Fort. A fun fact about the fort is that this magnificent fort is connected to Amber Fort through a passage. It is famously known as the “Fort of Victory” as it was never conquered. The fort currently houses the world’s largest cannon on wheels and offers a magnificent view of the entire city of Jaipur.
Your last destination in Jaipur will be the Albert Hall Museum. In the beginning, Albert Hall Museum displayed the products of local artists and craftsmen. Today you will be travelling to Pushkar. So have an early breakfast and hit the road to cover a distance of around 148 kms that will take you around 2 hours 36 minutes.
Upon your arrival, you can freshen up and take some rest before you begin your city tour.
Your first destination in the city of Pushkar will be the Pushkar Ghats. The Pushkar Ghats is where numerous tourists come to attain nirvana. The serenity of this place will give you a spiritual vibe and you will find many people taking a dip in the holy water of the Ghats.
Later on, you can make your way to the Savitri Mata Temple. The temple is located on Ratnagiri hill, which is a popular pilgrimage site. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Savitri.
It is said that the climb is a very gruelling but the harder you strive, the more spiritual attainment you receive from Goddess Savitri. There is also a cable car that can take you on top of the hill but most devotes prefer to climb the 200 stairs.
After this religiously inclined day, you should catch up on some rest at your hotel.
Today you will be travelling from Pushkar to the “City of Lakes”, Udaipur. You must leave as soon you are done with breakfast because the destination is 277.4 kms and it will take you around 5 hours 12 minutes to reach your destination.
Once you are in the city, head to your hotel, complete the check-in process and move out to explore the attractions of the city. The first destination on your list is the very magnetic Kumbhalgarh Fort. The fort is known as the crowning glory of Rajasthan. It personifies the spirit and grandeur of Rajasthan like no other fort can. Being the birthplace of the legendary Maharana Pratap, the Kumbhalgarh fort also holds a very special place in history and in the hearts of the Rajput. Visit this fort for its rich history and architectural brilliance.
Post that, visit the local markets of the city to pick some souvenirs and gifts to take back home.
For your second day in Udaipur, we have planned some amazing attractions for you to visit. So, after your breakfast routine, kick start with the tour.
Your first destination in the city is the tranquil Badi Lake. Lakes are the lifeline of Udaipur City. The brimming steel blue water splashing at your feet and the view of the raised green hills is something really magical to witness. This gushy feeling can be experienced at Badi Lake also known as Jiyan Sagar.
Post this relaxed visit at the lake, you must make your way to the Sahelion Ki Bari gardens. The gardens are a sight to witness. It is said that the Kings used to spend their leisure time at these gardens but there is also another story that says that the queens used to hang out at these gardens with their friends. Whatever be the stories, the highlight of the garden is its amazing beauty that you must witness.
After spending some time at the lush green garden you can witness the very lit up Jag Mandir from the beautiful Ambrai Ghats. The Ghats provide you with a scenic lake side view of the Jag Mandir and a number of other hotels and temples. Your next destination Mount Abu is 164.1 kms away and it will take you around 2 hours 59 minutes by road to reach the city. So, hit the road after an early breakfast and reach your hotel.
After completing the check-in process you can start with your city tour. The first attraction planned for you is Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary. Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is situated on one of the oldest mountain ranges in the country and covers a large plateau including the highest peak in the state, Guru Shikhar.
You can find different species of dicots and monocots at the sanctuary. There are more than 81 species of trees, 17 species of rare medicinal plants, 28 climber species and 89 shrub species that take shelter here. Also, this sanctuary is the only region of Rajasthan to spot orchids. This place is surely a must-visit.

After the first meal of your day, you will re-start with the sightseeing tour.
Today the first attraction point is the Guru Shikhar View Point, which we heard about yesterday. Later on, you can head to the Dilwara Temples. The Dilwara Temples are a popular site in Mount Abu and tourists from all over the world come to visit this temple. Owing to the marvellous marble stone carvings, some experts also consider it architecturally superior to the Taj Mahal.
Lastly, you will be heading towards the Nakki Lake. They say that it offers an outstanding view of the sunset. And what would be better than looking at the sun take a dip and vanish away while you sit beside the shore of a picturesque lake?
